Date Energy Balls

 
Recipe for Date Energy Balls
 
12 fresh medjool dates, seeds removed
1 tablespoon of raw cacao powder
  2 tablespoon of coconut oil
pinch of sea salt
half cup of shredded coconut
1 cup of nuts (eg: cashews, almonds,pecans etc)
1 drop Doterra peppermint oil
 
Blend all ingredients together in a food processor until smooth. Roll into balls. Roll into more coconut. Refrigerate until firm.
 
Eat!
 
This recipe is vegan and raw and paleo.
